Shipping Cost (within Ukraine):
For orders under 1000 UAH, the shipping cost is calculated automatically at checkout according to Nova Poshta's current rates.
Orders totaling 1000 UAH or more qualify for free delivery via Nova Poshta.
Shipping Schedule (within Ukraine):
We dispatch orders Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Delivery time depends on your location and Nova Poshta’s schedule.
Please note: We are not responsible for any delays caused by the carrier. We recommend choosing a delivery date with at least one extra day of buffer time, especially around holidays.
Delivery Payment (within Ukraine):
The customer pays the delivery fee directly to Nova Poshta, unless the order qualifies for free shipping.
Parcel Pickup (within Ukraine):
To collect your parcel, please bring your passport or driver’s license. Make sure to pick up your package on the day it arrives at the Nova Poshta branch.
If you’re incorrectly charged for delivery, experience an address issue, or receive a damaged parcel - please contact us immediately.
International Orders
Shipping Cost (outside Ukraine):
We ship internationally! Shipping costs for international orders vary depending on the destination, package weight, and shipping method.
Since rates fluctuate, we’ll calculate your exact shipping cost after your order is placed. You’ll receive an email with the total and payment instructions. Important: currently the minimal cost for shipping is ~8 USD If you'd like to know the estimated shipping cost in advance, feel free to message us — we're happy to check for you.
Customs & Import Duties:
Please note that international buyers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or duties that may apply in their country. We do not mark items as gifts or undervalue shipments.
